Head of Service Delivery - Gdańsk

at STX Next (2017 – present)

I'm responsible for opening the new office in Gdańsk.
I'm managing multiple software development projects from project initiation through implementation to successful product delivery. I am also responsible for organising the software development process against established policies and best practices.
As a department leader, I motivate my teams to achieve the best results and deliver world-class work in a timely manner. I worry about clearing any blockers that might affect developers and QAs so they can always perform at their best. I encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement.
